Cancellation and Refund

  1. Cancellation: Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or suspected fraud.

  2. Refund: Refunds will only be provided for items that are returned in their original, undamaged condition. Customers must notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet our return criteria.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  4. Damaged Items: In the event that an item is received damaged, customers must provide photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide a replacement or refund for damaged items at our discretion.

  5. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
